We are on the lookout for a service advisor who genuinely enjoys working with people and takes pride in delivering great customer service.

ABOUT THE ROLE

As a Service Advisor, you’ll be one of the first people our customers see when they arrive for their vehicle service. From greeting customers with a smile and making them feel welcome, to keeping them updated throughout the day, answering calls and any vehicle queries, you’ll play an important role in creating a positive customer experience and being the primary contact between the Dealership and our guests for repairs and maintenance on vehicles.

Some responsibilities include but not limited to

- Greeting and assisting customers upon arrival
- Taking service bookings and handling phone enquiries and texts
- Attend to customers when vehicles are brought in for service providing clear and helpful assistance.
- Monitoring the progress of work being completed on vehicles
- Provide assistance in general office duties
- Follow-up with customers after repairs are completed
- Complete service documentation and maintain accurate records
- Filing job orders daily





What we’re looking for

- Has a genuine passion for customer service
- Well-presented and have confident speaking with customers
- Strong organisational, administrative and time management skills
- Computer systems savvy, including Microsoft products
- An energetic and can-do approach to your work
- Works well as part of a team and enjoys a busy environment
- Can build rapport quickly and make customers feel comfortable
- Has automotive or dealership experience (preferred, but not essential)
