Are you a driven and motivated supervisor looking to lead a team of high performing technicians whilst building relationships with key clients, and bringing new clients to the business?

What will you be doing?

- Mentor and support team in line with revenue and profit targets relevant to their teams.
- Form new or strengthen existing relationships in the region with Clients, Suppliers & Subcontractors
- Manage and oversee service delivery, work in progress and defect reporting
- Operate across both testing and repair fire service staff and assisting staff with delivering outcomes to clients




- Attending monthly client meetings and reporting on client key performance indicators
- Focus on bringing in new work to the business and growing the Fire line in your region.

Desired Skills and Experience

What do we need?

- Proven experience (minimum five years) in a reputed Fire Services Management role with Delivery responsibility for a service department
- Strong management and leadership ability at a technical level with the ability to develop, coach and mentor employees
- Minor works service experience, including estimating and project delivery
- High attention to detail with excellent communication both written and verbal
- Experience in the Hard Technical Maintenance of Facilities Management industry would be an advantage
- Expertise in using an Enterprise system
