Key Responsibilities:

- Coordinate and manage mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and fire services across the project.
- Oversee installation programmes, commissioning processes, and compliance tracking.
- Liaise daily with subcontractors, consultants, and internal delivery teams.
- Monitor safety, quality, and service integration milestones on-site.
- Resolve technical issues and manage reporting requirements throughout the construction lifecycle.

What You'll Bring:

- Proven experience as a Services Manager on mid to large-scale commercial builds.
- Deep technical knowledge of MEP systems, compliance, and services integration.
- Ability to effectively manage multiple trades and tight delivery schedules.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management,



and team coordination skills.
- Perth-based commercial construction experience and full Australian working rights.
