We are looking for a Senior ServiceNow ITOM Consultant with strong experience in ITOM, CMDB, CSDM, Discovery, Service Mapping, and Security Operations.

Key Skills

- ServiceNow ITOM (Discovery, Service Mapping, IT Operations Management)
- CMDB implementation, governance, and health reporting.
- Common Service Data Model (CSDM) framework alignment.
- Vulnerability Response (VR) and Security Incident Response (SIR).
- Security Incident Response (SIR) integration (if applicable).
- ServiceNow Discovery and Service Mapping implementation experience.
- Integration of ServiceNow with third-party tools (e.g., monitoring, Cloud, IT Service Management).
- Configuration Item (CI) lifecycle management.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Experience working in large enterprise environments.

Key Responsibilities

- Implement, configure, and support ServiceNow ITOM solutions.
- Lead CMDB governance initiatives to ensure CMDB health and accuracy.
- Drive CSDM adoption and align IT service delivery with business needs.
- Implement and support Service Mapping to create accurate service maps.
- Configure and support Vulnerability Response and Security Incident Response workflows.
- Work closely with business stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver tailored ServiceNow solutions.
- Develop integrations and automation solutions using REST/SOAP, JavaScript,



and flow designer.
- Provide technical guidance, documentation, and operational support to ongoing ITOM processes.

Experience

- 5+ years of hands-on ServiceNow experience.
- Proven experience implementing and supporting ITOM and Security Operations modules.
- Strong expertise in CMDB governance, health management, and data modelling.
- Experience in CSDM implementation and service mapping initiatives.
- Ability to engage effectively with both business and technical stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to deliver quality outcomes within enterprise environments.
