Salary: $68,000 – $75,000 per year + 11.5% Superannuation

We are a busy, established fruit, vegetable, and fresh food shop right in the heart of Cronulla. Our kitchen bar is a massive beachside favorite—serving up freshly blended juices, a premium salad bar, yoghurts, fruit pots and gourmet groceries.

The Role

We are looking for a reliable, highly energetic Full-Time Shift Supervisor to run our customer service floor and kitchen prep area. This is a 100% active, highly hands-on role. You will spend your shifts on the floor—serving customers behind the register, blending juices, and driving the pace. This role carries keyholder responsibility for opening and closing the store.

The business owner handles the master rosters, and our fruit team handles the primary produce section, meaning you can focus entirely on leading a fast, clean, and efficient service floor.

Your Regular Roster: 5 days per week: 4 Weekdays + Sunday (required). Standard daytime retail hours (includes rostered opening and closing shifts). Hours start from 7am.

Core Responsibilities

Open or Close the Shop: Responsible for opening the store, setting up cash registers, and coordinating the morning kitchen prep so the bar is ready for trading.

Handle end-of-day pack-down, register balancing, and securing the shop.





Drive the Front Line: Act as one of our core front-line operators during busy weekend and summer rushes—running registers, making juices, and keeping customer lines moving fast.

Oversee Front & Kitchen Prep: Guide our small daily crew across the registers, kitchen prep, and the fruit-cutting bench to ensure food presentation, stock rotation, and cleanliness are perfect.

Ordering: Place daily orders to keep the shelves looking full.

What We Are Looking For

Opening/Closing & Cash Handling Experience: Proven experience opening and closing a retail or hospitality venue, including keyholder duties and end-of-day cash reconciliation.

Fast-Paced Hospitality Experience: You must be fast on your feet. Experience as a busy café or retail manager/supervisor, juice bar all-rounder, or fast-casual supervisor where you are used to dealing with a steady line of customers is essential.

Grocery/supermarket/greengrocer experience is a bonus.

A Respectful Team Leader: Confident enough to run a floor efficiently, while being mature enough to work seamlessly alongside our established, long-term team members. Absolute Reliability: Trustworthy, punctual, and proud of a hard day's work.
