Are you a practical, site-focused engineer who enjoys working on diverse projects and solving problems in the field? We are seeking an experienced Site Engineer to join our growing Civil team in Brisbane, supporting a range of specialist infrastructure and structural projects across Queensland and interstate.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys a hands-on role, has strong stakeholder communication skills, and is comfortable taking ownership of smaller projects while contributing to larger project teams.

About The Role

Reporting to the Project Management team, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and delivering a variety of specialist civil and structural works. The role offers a combination of site-based and office-based responsibilities and will suit someone who thrives in a dynamic setting.

Projects Typically Involve

- Post-tensioning works
- Grouting operations
- Jacking activities
- Temporary works solutions
- Specialist civil and structural maintenance projects

You will manage smaller projects independently while providing support on larger, more complex projects as part of a wider team.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, coordinate and deliver small-scale projects from start to finish
- Liaise with clients, site personnel and subcontractors
- Assist with project programming, scheduling and reporting
- Coordinate labour, equipment and materials
- Ensure works are completed safely, efficiently and to specification
- Participate in site inspections and quality activities
- Maintain project documentation and project controls
- Support larger projects as directed by senior project staff

About You To be successful in this role,



you will have:

- Approximately 4+ years' experience within civil, structural or construction environments

- Degree qualification in Civil Engineering or a related discipline, or equivalent practical industry experience
- Strong practical site knowledge and problem-solving abilities
- Experience coordinating subcontractors and working directly with clients
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Strong computer and project administration skills
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of project outcomes
- Willingness to travel regionally and interstate as required

- Working at Heights certification
- EWP licence
- High Risk Work Licences
- Exposure to post-tensioning, remediation, bridge, structural or specialist civil works

Location & Travel

This position is based in Brisbane, QLD, with regular regional Queensland travel and occasional interstate work depending on project requirements.
