Westbury Constructions is a privately owned NSW builder with around 40 staff and an $85M annual turnover, built through 15 years of sustainable growth rather than chasing volume. Much of the team has been with the business for years – a good indicator of how people are treated. Westbury delivers new builds, renovations and fit-outs for government, education, aged care, community and private clients across Sydney, the Hunter, the Central Coast and regional NSW, from offices at Vineyard and Morisset.

The roles

Westbury is appointing three Site Managers on fixed-term, full-time employment contracts, each running a new-build residential package:

- Moss Vale – 4 villas plus a common building, $4M build value. 11-month contract, starting in 2 weeks.
- Petersham & Tempe (Inner West) – 2 separate sites,



both 3-bedroom group homes, $3.5M combined. 8–9 month contract, starting in 3 weeks
- Western Sydney – Multiple duplexes, $5.5M combined. 8-month contract, starting in 4 weeks.

Reporting to the Construction Manager, you'll own your site(s) from start to handover:
- Run day-to-day site operations and hold the construction programme
- Coordinate and supervise subcontractors and suppliers across multiple sites
- Lead WHS on site – inductions, SWMS review, toolbox talks and inspections
- Manage quality through ITPs, hold points, defects and handover documentation
- Report progress, risks and site issues to the Construction Manager

About you

- Proven Site Manager or Site Supervisor on new-build residential projects (Class 1 / Class 1a)
- Experience across multiple concurrent sites – essential for the Tempe/Petersham and Western Sydney roles
- Background in group homes, villas, duplexes or medium-density residential highly regarded
- Sound working knowledge of the NCC, WHS obligations and ITPs
- A trade background and/or construction qualification
- White Card, current driver's licence and own reliable vehicle
- Based within a sensible commute of your preferred project – Southern Highlands locals encouraged for Moss Vale
