Immediate Start | Short Term Contract | Up to $75 per hour (PAYG)

We are seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee a short-term rectification project within on a government building in Melbourne CBD.

The project involves remedial works across waterproofing, façade interfaces, balustrades and stormwater drainage within an occupied and highly sensitive environment.

The Role

- Manage day-to-day site operations, ensuring safety, quality and program delivery
- Coordinate subcontractors, trades and site personnel
- Manage site schedules, lookaheads and construction programs
- Conduct site inductions, pre-starts, toolbox talks and site inspections
- Manage permits, SWMS, ITPs, defects and site documentation
- Work closely with the Project Manager, consultants and key stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with HSEQ and HammerTech requirements




- Monitor quality and ensure works are delivered to specification

About You

- Proven experience as a Site Manager on commercial, institutional or live-environment projects
- Strong understanding of site safety, quality and subcontractor management
- Proficient in HammerTech
- Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills
- Able to read and update Microsoft Project construction programs
- Procore experience desirable
- Construction White Card and First Aid Level
- Solid communication and organisational skills

Duration: Circa 4 weeks

Rate: Up to $75 per hour (PAYG) - PTY ABN slightly more
