A well-established and highly regarded Melbourne builder is looking for an experienced Site Manager to join their team.

Working across fitout, refurbishment and new build projects up to $15M, this is a great opportunity to join a business with a strong pipeline of quality projects and a collaborative team environment.

The Responsibilities

- Take full ownership of site operations from project commencement through to completion
- Manage subcontractors, trades and site personnel
- Coordinate site activities to ensure projects are delivered safely, on time and to a high standard
- Manage site programming, sequencing and daily coordination
- Monitor quality, OH&S; and compliance across the project
- Liaise closely with Project Managers, clients, consultants and subcontractors
- Conduct site meetings and coordinate trades to maintain project milestones
- Identify and resolve site issues proactively
- Maintain a clean, safe and well-organised site

About You





- Proven experience as a Site Manager within commercial construction
- Experience delivering projects up to $15M
- Background across fitout, refurbishment and/or new build
- Robust subcontractor and site management skills
- Excellent communication, leadership and organisational abilities
- Ability to take ownership and drive projects through to completion
