Drive a diverse range of Metricon construction projects around Tweed Heads and surrounding suburbs, with a focus on quality and attention to detail. You will be responsible for managing and independently running the operations of a busy site, dedicated to delivering defect-free results, ensuring that trades meet quality, timelines and OH&S; objective.

Use your demonstrated Site Management acumen to help build our customers' dream homes in this vibrant region.

Reporting to the Building Support Team Leader, your responsibilities will include: Be the primary point of contact for clients during the build stage of the project and be responsible for the overall execution and quality finish of homes

Managing the overall site performance of our home construction process

Partner with your Construction Manager and go through each of your jobs on your Clickhomes and be supportive to you

Maximising site production by ensuring sub contract trade availability

Scheduling and meeting trades on site

Proactively resolving build issues, liaising with your customers

Continuously reviewing building practices and procedures

Ensuring compliance with and delivery of established cost management and project management practices

Fostering a positive and focused culture where customer service and teamwork is paramount

Ensure build qualities are to the highest standard; and

Hand over your customer's keys and settlement pack. No better feeling.

The successful candidate will have: MUST HAVE experience as a Site Manager with the residential building industry

Must have experience in doing frame write ups and know how to schedule materials and trades hitting site

Strong knowledge of residential construction processes, regulations, and compliance requirements

Demonstrated project management and organisational skills

Solid understanding of OH&S; regulations and quality assurance systems The ability to build trusted relationships with trades, suppliers, and stakeholders

Exceptional communication and customer service skills

Experience managing client expectations and resolving issues professionally

Knowledge of new home contracts and construction documentation

Solid attention to detail and commitment to delivering quality outcomes; andA proactive, solutions-focused approach and the ability to meet deadlines.
