Site Manager - Medium Density projects

Your new company An established developer-builder with an ever-growing portfolio of projects across multiple build profiles, with projects booked in for up to two years in advance, are now seeking their next Site Manager to join a high-performing build team and help deliver upcoming projects across Melbourne's outer northern suburbs.

Your new role

Working exclusively across medium-density sites and personally managing a portfolio of 18-20 builds, your role will include, but not be limited to:

- Coordinating various trades and subcontractors to achieve required outcomes

- Reporting to internal stakeholders and providing updates on site progression and outcomes

- Managing and implementing safe work practices across multiple stages of construction

- Completing building progress reports, conducting site inductions for contractors, and liaising with the Building Manager on key milestones

What you'll need to succeed

- An established trade base to call from is an advantage





- Residential building supervision experience is essential, with medium-density experience highly desired

- Proven ability to run busy sites and ensure projects are delivered to tight build timelines

- A team-focused approach with the ability to work well with both internal staff and trades

- Strong verbal and written communication skills
