About the role

This role is all about taking charge of your projects and driving them to completion. You'll be a hands-on Site Manager with proven project management experience, taking full ownership of your sites and staying close to the build, coordinating trades, managing programs, and ensuring quality outcomes while maintaining full control over cost, time and delivery.

Key responsibilities

- Oversee site activities, leading construction teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to keep everything on track

- Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and plans – managing your own projects from start to finish

- Keep clients, architects, and other stakeholders in the loop, addressing any concerns and providing updates

- Ensure all work meets building codes, safety regulations, and company standards

- Manage materials, equipment, and site logistics to ensure everything runs smoothly

- Anticipate and resolve issues to keep your projects on time and on budget

- Identify opportunities to improve processes and implement smarter construction methods

About you

- 3+ years in a similar role, managing and supervising projects, ideally with medium-to-high-density residential or commercial builds

- Strong leadership skills to inspire teams, maintain site discipline, and deliver top-quality results

- Solid understanding of construction techniques, NCC, and relevant regulations





- Clear, skilled communication skills to work effectively with clients, teams, and stakeholders
- The ability to think critically and resolve issues on the fly

- Organised, proactive, and thrive on taking full control of your projects
