The Role

We're looking for a capable, organised Site Supervisor to lead our crews on civil construction works for the NBN network. You'll run jobs on the ground and keep the project paperwork in order, making sure every site is safe, on schedule and built to specification.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervising day-to-day NBN civil works, including pit and pipe installation, trenching, conduit and reinstatement Leading and coordinating crews, subcontractors, plant and materials to meet project timelines Making sure all work meets NBN specifications, relevant codes and Servsol's quality standards Managing WHS on site, including toolbox talks, site inspections and risk assessments Handling project administration, including job records, timesheets, progress reports, site photos, as-builts and close-out documentation Liaising with clients and NBN representatives to keep projects moving smoothly

Pay: $76,419.67 – $80,000.00 per year
