About the role

Servsol Pty LTD. is seeking an experienced Site Supervisor / Project Administrator, NBN Civil Works to join our team in Adelaide, South Australia. This is a full-time position based in Adelaide SA 5000. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of NBN civil works projects, ensuring compliance with safety standards, quality requirements, and project schedules.

You will play a critical part in the successful delivery of infrastructure projects whilst maintaining the highest standards of workmanship and safety on site. This position is fundamental to ensuring project success and client satisfaction within the National Broadband Network (NBN) expansion initiatives.

Key responsibilities

- Supervise and coordinate site personnel, subcontractors, and plant operators to ensure efficient and safe project execution
- Monitor project progress and report on adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards
- Conduct daily toolbox meetings and safety briefings to ensure all personnel are informed of site procedures and hazards
- Maintain comprehensive site documentation, including daily reports, timesheets, material records, and inspection documentation
- Inspect workmanship and materials to ensure compliance with project specifications and relevant standards
- Manage site safety protocols and ensure all personnel comply with work health and safety legislation and company procedures
- Liaise with clients, project managers, and other stakeholders to communicate project status and resolve issues
- Coordinate the delivery and storage of materials and equipment on site
- Identify and escalate potential risks, delays, or quality issues promptly




- Maintain accurate records of site activities, incidents, and near-misses

What we're looking for

- Proven experience as a Site Supervisor or Project Administrator within the civil construction or infrastructure industry, preferably with NBN or telecommunications projects
- Strong knowledge of work health and safety requirements and experience implementing safety practices on construction sites
- Excellent organisational and administrative skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and documentation
- Demonstrated ability to supervise and motivate construction teams
- Proficiency in using construction management software and Microsoft Office applications
- Strong communication skills with the ability to liaise effectively with clients, contractors, and team members
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and project plans
- Current driver's licence and willingness to travel within the Adelaide region
- Physical fitness to work in outdoor environments and on active construction sites

Preferred experience

- Prior experience with trenching, conduit laying, or pit installation works
- Knowledge of NBN fibre optic network standards and requirements
- Experience with SCADA systems or similar project management software
- Accreditation in First Aid and CPR
