Romik Developments Pty Ltd is a well-established, family-oriented business with over 20 years of experience in the building and maintenance industry. Based in Melbourne’s Eastern suburbs, we specialize in maintenance and upgrade works for government housing.

Our team of 15 long-term staff enjoy a friendly and supportive work culture, with access to a modern fleet of Ford Ranger vehicles. We pride ourselves on delivering high-quality results while fostering a positive and inclusive work environment.

About the Role:

We are seeking a Skilled Labourer to join our growing team. This role offers variety and hands-on experience across a broad range of building and maintenance projects, including:

- Bathroom upgrades and modifications
- Disability access modifications
- Retaining walls, extensions, ramps and pergolas
- Fire, flood, and storm damage repairs
- General renovations and maintenance work

You’ll work alongside experienced tradespeople and gain exposure to multiple trades, including carpentry, plastering, tiling, concreting, and minor plumbing. We are adaptable with days, and are happy to take someone 3–5 days per week to suit the right candidate.





About You:

We’re looking for someone who is:

- Reliable, hardworking, and safety-conscious
- A team player with a positive attitude and sense of humour
- Comfortable communicating with clients, including tenants
- Willing to learn and take direction on diverse building tasks

Requirements:

- White Card (mandatory)
- Current full driver’s license
- Based in Melbourne’s Eastern suburbs – anywhere from Doncaster to Dandenong, including Blackburn, Ringwood, Croydon, Yarra Glen, Glen Waverley, Narre Warren, Dandenong, and surrounding areas
- A trade background or experience within a trade
- Comfortable towing a large tipper trailer
- Medium Rigid (MR) license is an advantage but not mandatory
