As we continue to grow our presence in the residential building market, we are seeking a motivated sales professional to join our Perth team and further develop our Small Builder territory.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of a developing Small Builder sales territory within our Perth team. Due to the location of the territory, the role would be particularly well suited to someone based south of the river, or who is comfortable travelling regularly throughout Perth’s southern suburbs. You will be provided with an existing customer base to manage and support, with a key focus on strengthening those relationships and growing the territory through new business development. You will be supported by an experienced operations and customer service team and backed by one of the most recognised names in the industry.

Key Responsibilities

· Manage and support an existing base of small builder customers while driving territory growth · Build and maintain strong relationships with builders, estimators, site supervisors, and prestart teams

· Identify, prospect,



and secure new Small Builder business across the Perth metropolitan area

· Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation and quoting through to deal closure

· Develop and maintain a structured territory and customer call plan, working closely with internal teams to deliver a seamless customer experience

What You Bring

· Proven B2B sales experience, preferably within construction, trade, or building products · An understanding of the residential building process

· A proactive, confident, and results-driven approach with a robust focus on business growth

· Strong communication, relationship-building, and organisational skills

· Current driver’s licence
