We’re looking for a creative, confident and hands-on Social Media, Content & Community Coordinator to join the Puppy Yoga Melbourne team.

This is a varied, in-person role for someone who loves creating beautiful content, understands social media and is excited by the opportunity to take real ownership of their work within a small, growing business.

Strong graphic design and video skills are a must. You’ll be behind the lens capturing everything from puppy cuddles and class moments to campaigns, events, team content and the little details that make the Puppy Yoga Melbourne experience feel special.

You’ll be responsible for filming and editing short-form video, creating polished graphics, writing engaging copy and helping bring our brand to life across our digital channels.

This is not a remote role. You must be available to work from our Melton studio four days per week, as well as regularly work weekends to capture content at Puppy Yoga Melbourne classes, events and activations across Melbourne.

You’ll also be part of the day-to-day conversation with our community, responding to customer enquiries, engaging with followers and helping make sure every interaction feels warm, helpful and on-brand.

As a small business, everyone wears a few hats, and we’re looking for someone who enjoys that. You’ll report to our Manager, but we want someone who can confidently take ownership of their area,



bring new ideas to the table and help shape the next chapter of Puppy Yoga Melbourne’s content and social presence.

The role will include:

- Filming and editing engaging short-form video for Instagram, TikTok and other social platforms
- Creating polished graphics and visual assets that feel distinctly Puppy Yoga Melbourne
- Writing captions, campaign copy, promotional content and other digital communications
- Working with our team for Planning, scheduling and publishing social media content
- Capturing content at classes, special events, activations and behind the scenes
- Photography and photo editing
- Managing comments, messages and community engagement
- Responding to customer enquiries and supporting general customer service
- Keeping an eye on trends and finding creative ways to make them work for our brand
- Supporting launches, partnerships, Paw Club campaigns and special events
- Monitoring content performance and sharing insights with the Manager
- Helping protect and strengthen our brand voice, visual identity and overall customer experience

We’re looking for someone who is creative, reliable and genuinely excited about building a brand.

Someone who can spot a outstanding moment before it happens, turn an idea into something worth posting and isn’t afraid to take the lead on their patch.

- And yes, there will be puppies. Plenty of them.
