LeCavist Wine Cabinets | SydneyLeCavist is looking for a Social Creative & Content Creator to join our team. We want someone who gets content.Someone who can spot a good idea, turn it into a Reel, shoot it, edit it and get it live. Someone who understands what works on social, keeps up with trends and knows how to make a brand feel relevant without forcing it.From Black Friday campaigns and product launches to winery visits, restaurant events, customer cellars and everything happening behind the scenes, there’s a lot to create around.

- What you’ll be doingYou’ll work with our Sales & Marketing team to create content across LeCavist’s social and digital channels.That means:Creating Reels, short-form videos, stories, carousels and social posts
- Shooting and editing your own content
- Coming up with creative ideas for Black Friday, Christmas, launches, promos and campaigns
- Creating content for both organic social and paid ads
- Finding interesting ways to make wine cabinets look good on social
- Planning and posting across Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn
- Jumping on trends when they actually make sense for the brand
- Capturing content at wineries, restaurants, events, customer homes and partner venues
- Chatting with winemakers, chefs, customers and other interesting people we work with
- Helping shape the look, feel and tone of LeCavist on social
- Helping create EDMs and campaigns through Klaviyo

Who we’re looking forYou know what positive content looks like and, more importantly,



you know how to make it.You’re comfortable with a phone or camera, can edit a Reel without needing someone else to finish it, and probably already have a camera roll full of ideas.
- You’ll ideally have:Experience creating Reels and short-form video
- Strong editing skills
- A good eye for content, photography and design
- A strong understanding of Instagram and social trends
- Good writing skills and a feel for tone of voice
- An understanding of the difference between content that builds a brand and content that sells
- Confidence talking to people and getting content out of them
- An interest in wine, food, restaurants, hospitality and lifestyle
- Klaviyo or email marketing experience is a bonus

You don’t need to know everything about wine. We can teach you that.But you should be curious about it.One week you could be building Black Friday creative. The next, filming with a winemaker, shooting a new cabinet, covering an event or visiting a customer with an incredible cellar.
