We're a growing Japanese donburi brand, and we're looking for a Social Media Coordinator who can help bring the DOPA story to life online.

We're not looking for someone who just knows how to post on Instagram. We want someone who is creative, curious and genuinely loves social media — someone who sees a great moment in a busy store, a new dish, a team member having a laugh or a trend that DOPA could make its own.

If you're someone who is always thinking, "That would make a great Reel," we'd love to meet you.

What You'll Be Doing

You'll be hands-on with DOPA's social media and content, helping us grow our online presence and connect with our customers.

Your day-to-day might include:

- Managing DOPA's Instagram, TikTok and other social media platforms

- Creating engaging Reels, TikToks, Stories, photos and short-form videos

- Visiting our stores to capture fresh, authentic content

- Planning and managing our social media content calendar

- Coming up with fresh content ideas and new ways to tell the DOPA story

- Keeping up with the latest social media trends, sounds and formats

- Working with our store teams to create fun and authentic content

- Supporting product launches, promotions, campaigns and new store openings

- Coordinating influencer and content creator collaborations

- Engaging with our online community and responding to comments and messages

- Monitoring social media performance and identifying what's working





- Helping maintain a consistent DOPA brand voice and visual identity

Who We're Looking For

We're looking for someone who is creative, energetic and not afraid to get involved.

You'll ideally be someone who:

- Loves social media and understands what makes people stop scrolling

- Has a good eye for photography, video and visual content

- Is confident creating Reels and TikToks

- Has lots of ideas and isn't afraid to share them

- Enjoys being around people and working with different teams

- Is organised and able to manage multiple projects and deadlines

- Is comfortable getting out from behind the desk and visiting our stores

- Has a genuine interest in food, hospitality, lifestyle or fashion content

- Is willing to learn and try new things

- Has a positive attitude and brings positive energy to the team

Experience

Ideally, you'll have 1–2 years' experience in social media, content creation, marketing or a similar role.

Experience in hospitality, food, retail or lifestyle brands is highly regarded.

You'll also be comfortable using tools such as Canva, CapCut or similar editing platforms.

A portfolio or examples of your previous social media work would be great, but we're also interested in your ideas, creativity and personality.
