About the role

We’re seeking a Social Media Manager to lead social and digital activity across the Porta portfolio. You’ll shape social strategy, direct content, grow communities, manage agencies and oversee digital channels including email, website and CRM. You will ensure each brand has a clear, consistent voice while contributing to a cohesive portfolio presence.

This role can be based in Somersby (NSW Central Coast), Sydney or Melbourne, with regular collaboration across our national business.

Key responsibilities

- Develop and own social media strategy and roadmap across multiple brands.
- Plan and deliver organic and paid social campaigns and oversee content calendars.




- Manage digital campaigns across social, email, website and paid channels; track and optimise performance.
- Oversee website content, CRM/email activity and partner channel content to support conversions and engagement.
- Manage agency partners and collaborate with sales, product and marketing teams.

What you’ll bring

- 5+ years’ experience in social/digital marketing or content.
- Experience managing multiple brands and paid media (Meta/Google).
- CMS and CRM familiarity (HubSpot preferred), strong analytics and reporting skills.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder and agency management skills.
