Role Description This full time, hybrid Software Engineer role is based in Perth, WA.

The Software

Engineer will design, develop, and maintain web and software solutions, contributing to both front-end and back-end components as needed. Day-to-day responsibilities include writing clean, efficient code, implementing scalable architectures, performing code reviews, troubleshooting and optimizing existing systems, and collaborating with designers, product owners, and other engineers.



The role also involves integrating APIs, contributing to AI and automation features, participating in technical planning, and ensuring that delivered solutions meet performance, security, and usability standards.

Qualifications

- Strong foundation in Computer Science concepts and principles.
- Skills in Software Development and Programming for modern web and application projects.
- Experience with Back-End Web Development, including server-side frameworks and databases.
- Proficiency in Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) and design patterns.
- Familiarity with front-end technologies (e.g., HTML, CSS, JavaScript frameworks) is beneficial.
- Experience with cloud platforms, version control (e.g., Git), and CI/CD pipelines is an advantage.
- Ability to work collaboratively in an on-site team environment and communicate clearly with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
