The Role

We're looking for a skilled Maintenance Fitter to join our growing field team. You'll be on the front line of installation, servicing, and fault resolution — working directly with clients in office across Sydney Metro and occasional regional locations.

n

What You'll Be Doing

n

n




- Installing and servicing mechanical workshop equipment to Australian industry standards
n
- Diagnosing and resolving mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical faults
n
- Liaising with clients on-site — you'll often be the face of TWSA
n
- Collaborating with a tight-knit team to meet client deadlines
n
- Picking up new technologies and systems as we expand our service offering
n

What You Bring

n

n
- Trade qualification and hands-on experience as a Maintenance Fitter (or equivalent)
n
- Strong working knowledge of mechanical systems, hydraulics, pneumatics, and electrical fault-finding
n
- Ability to work independently in the field and make sound decisions under pressure
n
- A growth mindset — you see challenges as part of the job, not a reason to stop

- Personal accountability and high standards — you don't cut corners

- Valid driver's licence (essential)
