Airport Retail Group Australia is expanding our teams across multiple Brisbane Airport venues, and we’re looking for energetic, customer-focused Baristas and All-Rounders to join us.
Locations & Shift Times
The Coffee Club – International Terminal
Shifts: 4:30am starts to 10:00pm finishes
Windmill & Co – International Terminal
Shifts: 4:30am starts to 01:30am finishes
Lord Lamington – Domestic Terminal
Shifts: 4:30am starts to 10:00pm finishes
The Aviary – Domestic Terminal
Shifts: 4:30am starts to 10:00pm finishes
About the Role
If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and love the unique energy of the airport, this role is for you. We’re seeking team members who can deliver great service, work efficiently, and bring a positive attitude to every shift.
What We’re Looking For
- Previous Food & Beverage or Barista experience (desirable but not essential)
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask
- A proactive, customer-focused approach
- Willingness to learn, grow, and contribute to a high-performing team
- Must have reliable transport due to early starts and late finishes
