The Opportunity:

An exciting chance for a hands-on Technical Lead - Web & Mobile to join a growing healthcare organisation undergoing significant digital transformation.

n

Working closely with Product, UX/UI and Technology teams, you will lead the design, development and evolution of large-scale web & mobile applications, while helping modernise the broader technology landscape through cloud adoption and platform transformation initiatives.

n

This role is ideal for a technical leader who enjoys remaining close to the code while providing architectural guidance, mentoring engineers and driving engineering excellence.

n

Key Responsibilities:

n

n
- Lead the architecture, design and delivery of mobile applications using React Native and TypeScript.
n
- Act as the technical authority for mobile engineering, driving coding standards, best practices and technical quality.
n
- Provide hands-on leadership through solution design, code reviews, technical mentoring and delivery oversight.
n
- Collaborate with Product, UX/UI and stakeholders to deliver high-quality customer-facing digital experiences.
n
- Design and integrate mobile applications with APIs, backend services and enterprise platforms.
n
- Support the modernisation of existing applications within a C#/.NET environment.
n
- Contribute to cloud transformation initiatives, including migration from on-premise infrastructure to Microsoft Azure.
n




- Drive CI/CD, release management and software engineering best practices.
n

Skills & Experience:

n

n
- Proven experience as a Technical Lead, Lead Engineer or Senior Engineer delivering web & mobile applications at scale. Experience building and supporting C#/.NET environments and enterprise application ecosystems.
n
- Strong understanding of mobile architecture, performance optimisation and security best practices.
n
- Experience integrating applications with RESTful APIs and backend services.
n
- Exposure to enterprise-grade iOS and Android applications.
n
- Experience with Azure, cloud-native technologies and application modernisation initiatives.
n
- Strong understanding of Agile delivery, CI/CD and DevOps practices.
n
- Experience mentoring engineers and providing technical leadership across delivery teams.
n
