RAC WA is seeking a Member Solutions Consultant for its West Perth contact centre. In this full time role, you will greet and assist RAC members, resolve queries, and offer tailored product solutions while working with a supportive team.

Training is provided to ensure knowledge of RAC products and services, with ongoing development and KPI-driven performance. You will engage with around 50–60 members daily, maintain high conversation quality, and meet shift requirements including some weekends
