Responsibilities include:

n

- Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets by using key selling skills; focusing on KPIs to maximise each selling opportunity.
n
- Confidently be a brand ambassador for CAMILLA, embracing the culture and values wholeheartedly to provide an unforgettable customer experience and encourage customer loyalty.
n
- Build relationships with both new and existing CAMILLA Tribe members
n




- Support with all store operational tasks including stock management, operating the pos system and handling financial transactions including returns and exchanges.
n
- Support the Boutique Manager and team by complying with all store policies and procedures, to keep the wider team and customers safe.
n

Ideal candidates will have:

n

n
- Experience within a KPI driven environment
n
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
n
- Ability to work well under pressure, in a rapid-paced atmosphere
n
- A positive, "can-do" attitude, who enjoys working as one part of a successful team
n
- Flexible ability to work on a rotational shift-basis, including weekends and Public Holidays is a must
