We are looking for a Junior Administrator to join our Gold Coast Branch in Molendinar and provide administrative support to our Branch Coordinator and wider branch team.
n
This is a great opportunity for someone who is organised, reliable, friendly and eager to learn.
n
Previous administration experience is desirable, but we are also open to someone with strong computer skills and a positive attitude who is looking to start or develop their career in administration.

About the Role
n

- Scanning, filing and organising paperwork and employee documentation
n
- Maintaining accurate records for our scaffolders and site crews
n
- Assisting with emails and general administrative correspondence
n
- Answering and directing incoming phone callsContacting contractors, customers and suppliers as required
n
- Following up paperwork, documents and outstanding information
n
- Data entry and updating internal systems
n
- Assisting with general office administration and branch support
n
- Supporting the Branch Coordinator with day-to-day tasks as required
n

- Organised and able to keep paperwork and records in order
n
- Confident using computers, email and Microsoft Office
n
- Skilled and friendly when dealing with customers and contractors
n
- Comfortable answering phone calls and communicating with different people
n
- Reliable, punctual and willing to learn

- Able to follow instructions and work as part of a team

- Detail-focused with good attention to accuracy

Pre-Employment Medical
n
As part of our recruitment process, the successful candidate will be required to complete a pre-employment medical assessment prior to commencement. STAR Scaffolds will arrange and cover the cost of the assessment.
