delivering some seriously impressive projects across Sydney. The team all get together for social events, laughs, and the owners are hands-on and genuinely passionate about their people and Safety! What you'll actually be doing:

No two days will look the same... Working a

40/60 split between site and office

- mostly on site Working alongside site teams, contractors and project managers Reviewing, improving and modernising WHS/HSEQ systems and documentation Managing internal safety systems and keeping things moving Supporting tenders and live commercial projects Delivering practical safety advice, training and toolbox talks Identifying gaps and actually helping fix them Working with the Safety Manager on continuous improvement Being the person people come to when they need

good, practical safety advice Who are we looking for?

This is where we're pretty specific. You need





3+ years of HSEQ experience in commercial building and construction. We are

NOT

looking for someone coming from: Residential Building Aged Care Medical Manufacturing General Industry environments You need to understand

construction sites, contractors, projects, documentation and the realities of getting work done safely. You’ll also need:

Cert IV in WHS minimum Robust commercial construction experience White Card Driver's Licence Confidence dealing with everyone from a Site Supervisor to a Director A practical, solutions-focused approach Most importantly...
