for a leading Australian packaging manufacturer based in

Yatala .

Yatala is a fantastic location to work in as it is only a 25 to 30 minute straight freeway drive from either Brisbane or the Gold Coast!

These are specialist roles within a fast-paced carton converting operation, where quality, safety and precision are non-negotiable.

You will be responsible for setting up, running and troubleshooting folder gluer equipment to a consistently high standard.

What You'll Do

Set up

and complete make-ready on folder gluer machinery

Run

complex carton jobs to specification





Complete

product changeovers and machine adjustments

Troubleshoot

faults and minimise downtime

Inspect

product quality throughout each run

Achieve

production and waste targets

Maintain

safe work practices and follow site procedures at all times

Work

effectively as part of the shift team

What You Bring Required:

Proven folder gluer or gluing machine operating experience

Setup and changeover experience on gluing equipment

Strong troubleshooting and fault-finding skills

Good mechanical aptitude

A firm commitment to quality and workplace safety

Background in packaging, carton converting, print, food manufacturing or similar industrial environments
