To be successful in this role, you will ideally have: A current Victorian RSA Certificate At least 12 months' experience in a hospitality, restaurant or bar environment A genuine passion for food, wine and hospitality Strong communication and interpersonal skills A positive attitude and willingness to learn An interest in Australian and international wines An appreciation for Asian cuisine and a desire to continue developing your product knowledge What We Offer
