As part of the Restaurant & Bars team at InterContinental Hayman Great Barrier Reef, you'll work across breakfast, dining and bar experiences, delivering warm, engaging and intuitive service to guests. Set amongst the iconic Whitsunday Islands, this role offers the chance to build your hospitality career while experiencing an extraordinary island lifestyle. Key responsibilities

Deliver memorable and personalised guest experiences across restaurants and bars Work across food and beverage service venues Take orders, serve food and beverages, prepare cocktails and confidently make menu and beverage recommendations Bring menus to life through knowledge of food, wine, cocktails and beverage offerings Anticipate guest needs and look for opportunities to elevate their experience Work closely with your team to deliver seamless service Maintain the highest standards of immaculate presentation and service standards expected within a luxury resort About you





Previous experience is essential in either A la carte service, Bar experience and Barista A genuine flair for service and a natural ability to build rapport with guests Versatile hospitality professionals who are confident working across both bar and floor/restaurant service Immaculate presentation and grooming, we are a 5 star Luxury resort A current Queensland RSA certificate is essential You must have full Valid Australian working rights with no hours restrictions For WHV applicants you must have a visa that allows you to work until at least 1 February 2027. Candidates who do not have working rights past 1 February 2027 will not be considered for the next onboarding dates. Onboarding dates
