Pharmacy Product Specialist/ Territory Manager This is a full time, 24 month contract role as a Pharmacy Product Specialist / Territory Manager supporting Mayes Healthcare's client partner, Anthia Life Sciences as they establish and grow their presence in the Australian women's health market. You will be joining at the build stage, where your work will directly influence how the company succeeds in pharmacy, how quickly momentum is built across key accounts, and the real world impact this has on women's health. You will have clear expectations and strong support, and will have the space to plan, prioritise, and execute like a high performing territory owner.

Key responsibilities

Build and maintain robust pharmacy relationships with pharmacists, owners, managers, dispensary teams and pharmacy staff

Plan, prioritise, and execute territory strategy with discipline and strong follow through

Progress accounts in a professional, compliant, and sustainable way

Drive clear outcomes and results within your territory

Travel within your territory, including regional and interstate travel

Maintain accurate CRM use and territory discipline including planning, prioritisation, and follow up

Work to clear activity and sales goals with a performance mindset

About you

Recent success in a pharmacy facing sales role, or a healthcare sales role with strong pharmacy engagement

Confidence engaging with pharmacists, owners, managers, dispensary teams and pharmacy staff





Strong territory discipline, including planning, prioritisation, follow up, and accurate CRM use

A performance mindset, comfortable working to clear activity and sales goals

Professional judgement and a compliant approach to customer engagement

High personal accountability, reliability, and genuine team orientation

The ability to travel within your territory, including regional and interstate travel
