The Opportunity

As an Associate or Senior Associate within the Commercial Litigation team, you will:

Manage a broad range of commercial disputes across diverse industries.

Work closely with experienced partners and senior practitioners on both complex and mid-sized matters.

Run files autonomously while contributing to strategic litigation planning.

Build and maintain strong relationships with a loyal and expanding client base.

Contribute to the continued growth and development of the Gold Coast practice.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will ideally have:

3–8+ years PAE in commercial litigation or disputes.

Strong technical capability in litigation, including drafting, advising, and advocacy-related work.

Proven experience running files and working directly with clients.

A commercial mindset and the ability to deliver practical, outcome-focused advice.

A collaborative working style and commitment to high professional standards.

Ambition to grow into a leadership role (particularly for Senior Associate candidates interested in the Partner Pathway).

Australian work rights are required for this position.
