Senior Client Advisor

to be part of it.

The Opportunity As a Senior Client Advisor, you will be a key ambassador for Rado, delivering an exceptional boutique experience that reflects our spirit of innovation and Swiss craftsmanship. More than a sales role, this is an opportunity to build meaningful client relationships, share the stories behind our collections and help shape the Rado experience in Australia.

Delivering the Rado experience Joining Rado means becoming part of a globally recognised brand with a pioneering spirit and a passion for doing things differently.

Build genuine, lasting relationships with clients through exceptional service and thoughtful clientelling

Lead by example in achieving and exceeding boutique sales targets

Develop an in-depth understanding of Rado’s heritage, collections, materials and innovations

Maintain the highest standards of boutique presentation and customer experience

Support boutique operations, including opening and closing, stock counts and inventory management

Organise and maintain product packaging, warranties, instruction booklets,



visual merchandising materials and backup stock

Support the Boutique Manager and contribute to a positive, high-performing team environment

Provide feedback on team performance and opportunities for improvement

Participate in ongoing product, brand and E-Learning programs to continually develop your expertise

About You

Previous experience in luxury retail, jewellery, watches, fashion or another premium client-focused environment

Proven ability to build strong client relationships and deliver exceptional customer experiences

Excellent communication, organisational and time management skills

A strong commercial mindset with energy, initiative and drive

Experience with visual merchandising and boutique operations

Strong computer literacy, including Word and Excel

Luxury watch industry knowledge or experience is highly regarded, but not essential

Most importantly, you will have the passion and presence to represent Rado with authenticity, professionalism and enthusiasm. Be a true brand ambassador with the ability to represent and promote the brand with passion and professionalism.
