Salary up to $160,000 base + super + NFP salary packaging Brisbane, QLD | Full Time A newly created leadership role with a leading not-for-profit hospital group in Brisbane, part of a genuine investment in the perioperative service rather than a cost-cutting exercise. Reporting to the ADON Perioperative, you will take strategic and operational ownership of CSSD, Theatre Orderly Services and theatre equipment management, working alongside clinical and operational leaders to lift efficiency across a 14-theatre complex. About the Role Provide strategic and operational leadership across Surgical Support Services, including CSSD, Theatre Orderly Services and theatre equipment management Lead the CSSD Team Leader and Theatre Orderlies directly Own equipment and asset lifecycle management, including procurement, commissioning, maintenance and replacement planning, coordinating closely with Biomedical Engineering and Procurement Develop and manage operational budgets, workforce plans and rostering frameworks across the portfolio Drive continuous improvement, service standards and accountabilities across CSSD and Theatre Orderly Services Ensure compliance with infection prevention, WHS and accreditation requirements, and lead quality and risk initiatives across the portfolio What We're Looking For Tertiary qualification in Health Service Management, Business,



Operations Management, Supply Chain, Sterile Services or a related discipline, or equivalent demonstrated experience Proven experience leading and managing multidisciplinary teams, including recruitment, performance management, workforce planning and employee development Demonstrated experience managing equipment, assets and operational resources, including procurement, utilisation, maintenance and replacement planning Experience managing operational and capital budgets and achieving productivity and financial performance objectives Current National Police Check, or ability to obtain and maintain one Desirable, not essential: Certificate IV in Sterilisation Services or equivalent Postgraduate qualification in Management, Leadership or Health Administration Lean, Six Sigma or continuous improvement qualification Experience working within an accredited healthcare setting NFP salary packaging up to $15,900/year tax free, plus up to $2,650 for meal and entertainment Discounted health insurance (Medibank, Bupa) and reduced excess on private admissions 12 weeks paid parental leave, 2 weeks paid partner leave Up to $15,000 professional development support plus paid study leave Free onsite gym, free annual flu vaccinations, free parking Employee Assistance Program, 3 free counselling sessions, extends to family
