One Co Building is looking for an experienced, hands-on

Marketing & Growth Manager

to take ownership of our marketing and help drive the next stage of our growth.

This is not a role for someone who has only assisted with marketing campaigns or managed external agencies.

We are looking for someone who can demonstrate that they have personally built and executed successful marketing strategies and can show us the results they have achieved.

Working directly with the Director, you will take ownership of our brand, digital marketing, social media and lead-generation strategy.

A major part of the role will be

content and social media . We want someone creative and proactive who can regularly visit our projects, identify content opportunities, film and create Reels/BTS content, manage our social channels and help build both the

One Co Building brand and the Director’s personal profile .

You will also be responsible for developing current marketing ideas and campaigns, identifying PR, podcast, media, partnership and collaboration opportunities, and turning our projects,



people and expertise into content that builds genuine awareness and trust.

On the performance side, you will have proven experience across

Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, websites, CRM, email marketing, retargeting, lead generation and analytics . You don’t need to be a specialist in every platform, but you need to understand the full marketing funnel and know how to turn attention into

qualified enquiries and ultimately new projects .

We are looking for someone who has

done this before and can show us what they achieved

— campaigns you’ve grown, brands you’ve built, content you’ve created, leads you’ve generated, social accounts you’ve grown and measurable improvements you’ve delivered.

This is a hands-on role with real ownership. You’ll have the freedom to bring ideas to the table, test them, execute them and help shape where the One Co brand goes next.
