As a Trainee Service Advisor, you will be the first point of contact for service customers and play a key role in delivering a positive and professional service experience. Your duties will include: Greeting and assisting service customers Communicating vehicle concerns and repair requirements Preparing parts and labour quotations Handling customer enquiries and complaints Preparing invoices and closing repair orders About You

To be successful in this role, you will have: Experience in reception, retail,
