We are looking for an Accounts Receivable Officer to join our Finance team and play an important role in ensuring the accurate and timely processing of payments, customer account reconciliations, rebates and other accounts receivable functions.

About the Role

Reporting to the Accounts Receivable Team Leader, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate customer accounts, processing and reconciling payments, supporting month-end procedures and completing key accounts receivable activities. You will work closely with branches and internal teams to resolve account queries and ensure payments, rebates and reconciliations are completed accurately and within required timeframes.

Key Responsibilities

- Process, allocate and reconcile customer payments across multiple payment channels
- Maintain accurate customer accounts and complete bank and AR-to-GL reconciliations
- Process claims, rebates, discounts, credit notes, debit memos and major account remittances




- Liaise with branches and internal teams to resolve account and remittance queries
- Assist with month-end procedures, reporting and Accounts Receivable projects
- Provide relief support across Accounts Receivable and general administration as required

About You

You’re a motivated and organised individual who takes pride in delivering accurate work and enjoys being part of a collaborative team. You’ll bring strong communication skills, sound computer skills, a positive attitude and a willingness to learn, with the ability to build effective relationships across the business. Previous Accounts Receivable or finance experience is not essential, but will be highly regarded. We’re looking for someone who is reliable, detail-focused and eager to contribute
