We are recruiting for an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to join a busy food manufacturing site in Clayton on a contract basis. This is an excellent opportunity for a maintenance professional with strong leadership and technical skills, with responsibility for leading a team of maintenance trades across a fast-paced manufacturing workplace.

You will oversee day-to-day maintenance activities, manage preventative maintenance, coordinate breakdowns and work closely with Engineering and Production teams to improve equipment reliability and minimise downtime. This is a day shift position, working Monday to Friday from 6:30am to 2:30pm. This is a great role for someonewith strong mechanical and electrical maintenance experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and coordinate maintenance trades
- Manage preventative and proactive maintenance
- Oversee breakdowns, fault finding and repairs
- Manage maintenance requests and work orders




- Drive Root Cause Analysis and continuous improvement
- Manage rosters, spare parts and maintenance coverage

About You

- Previous maintenance leadership or supervisory experience
- Strong mechanical and electrical knowledge
- Food manufacturing maintenance experience
- Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills
- Experience with preventative maintenance and CMMS
- Relevant trade or engineering qualification
