About the Role

Join CALHN as a Senior Speech Pathologist – Acute and lead high-quality care for patients with complex needs. You’ll manage specialist services, guide clinical practice and help shape patient pathways across acute care.

- Deliver advanced assessment and therapy for complex needs




- Lead speech pathologists, assistants and students
- Shape patient pathways, models of care and clinical practice
- Guide staff through supervision, education and expert advice
- Build solid links across CALHN and external health services

About You

Bring your advanced speech pathology expertise, clinical leadership and collaborative approach to complex acute care. To be successful in this role you will:

- Hold a Speech Pathology degree eligible for SPA membership
- Bring expertise in complex adult speech pathology care
- Apply sound clinical judgement with reduced supervision
- Lead clinical supervision, teamwork and service improvement
- Communicate effectively across multidisciplinary teams
