Warehouse Operative

We are seeking a reliable Warehouse & Forklift Operator to join a close-knit team based in Coopers Plains, supporting the smooth day-to-day flow of stock in and deliveries out. This role suits someone who's hands-on, safety-conscious, and takes ownership of their space.

Required Skills:

- Current Driver's Licence and LF forklift licence
- Good level of fitness, with the ability to safely manage manual handling tasks involving products 20kg and above
- Solid attention to detail and numerical accuracy for stock control

Preferred Education and Experience:

- Experience operating a forklift in a warehouse or distribution setting
- Background in stock receiving, picking/packing, or inventory management

Other Requirements:

- Availability Monday to Friday, 8:00 am–5:00 pm,



with occasional Saturday shifts (roughly 1–2 per month on a rotating roster)
- A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and the ability to work independently as well as within a team
- Reliability — someone who shows up, follows through, and gets the job done
