Our client is seeking an experienced Recruitment & Mobilisation Coordinator to join their team in Ascot on a temporary basis. This is a high-volume role suited to someone with strong recruitment and site mobilisation experience within the Mining and Resources sector.
You will be responsible for coordinating recruitment, onboarding and mobilisation activities, ensuring candidates meet client requirements and are fully prepared for site commencement.
What you’ll be doing:
- Screening CVs, shortlisting candidates and conducting phone screens
- Booking interviews, medicals, training and VOCs
- Completing reference and compliance checks
- Checking tickets, licences and qualifications
- Coordinating onboarding, inductions and site mobilisation
- Preparing new starters for commencement and arranging uniforms
- Uploading documentation into HRMS and client systems
- Supporting recruitment, onboarding and offboarding processes
- Maintaining accurate candidate records and supporting labour requirements
- Using Assignar, Employment Hero and Pegasus for scheduling, onboarding and compliance
What you’ll need:
- Previous recruitment and site mobilisation experience
- Previous experience in the Mining and Resources sector (mandatory)
- Familiarity with blue-collar trades and relevant industry requirements (mandatory)
- Strong understanding of tickets, licences and qualifications
- Experience with recruitment and onboarding systems, processes and technology
- Ability to work under pressure in a high-volume environment
- Robust attention to detail and confidentiality
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Ability to work both autonomously and as part of a team
- Full working rights in Australia
