Since opening in 1999 as Recent South Wales' first multi-specialist and 24-hour emergency veterinary hospital, ARH Homebush has been at the forefront of specialist patient care. As an Animal Attendant, you will play a critical role in the wellbeing of hospitalised patients we care for. You will be there to provide comfort and the basic necessities - food and water, walks, a clean bed, etc. as well as to support our incredibly hardworking team keeping the hospital sparkling clean and well stocked. Our animal attendant team are greatly valued and are an integral part of the success of the day to day running of our hospital! Please note that this is a support and cleaning-based role with minimal animal handling. Yourdutieswill include:

Cage cleaning and re-setting Walking, feeding, and watering inpatients and boarding animals Maintaining cleanliness of hospital areas, including floors/bins/surfaces,



throughout the day as required Assisting with patient handling and monitoring under staff direction Daily laundry/dishes upkeep Restocking consumables throughout the hospital Working with us, you can enjoy:

Passionate about animals and committed to their wellbeing Experiencein an animal hospital, shelter, boarding facility, or similar environment A team player with excellentcommunication skills Reliable, punctual, and ready to roll up your sleeves Someone who takes pride in high standards of cleanliness and care, with attention to detail A Certificate II or III in Animal Studies (or currently studying) will be highly regarded but what matters most is your attitude, empathy, and willingness to learn!
