Assist to plan and deliver educational programs that support the physical, social, emotional and cognitive development of children Create a safe, inclusive and stimulating learning environment for children Observe and document children's progress, interests and developmental needs Collaborate with families to understand and meet the individual needs of each child Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and policies Actively participate in team meetings and professional development opportunities What we’re looking for
Working towards Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care or holding a qualification Previous experience working as an Educator in a childcare or early learning setting is preferred Strong understanding of child development and age-appropriate learning experiences Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team Passion for making a positive difference in the lives of young children What we offer
