Due to internal growth, we have an exciting prospect for a Paralegal to work within our busy, innovative specialist family law firm.

The role will be based at our office in Bundall on the Gold Coast and will be a permanent full time position, between the hours of 8.30am and 5.00pm Monday to Friday.

The candidate will have the following attributes:

Excellent customer service and telephone skills;

Be immaculately presented, punctual and reliable;

Excellent verbal and written communication skills;

Have meticulous attention to detail;

Be enthusiastic and have a willingness and ability to work within a close team;

Display motivation to work in a fast-paced environment;

Competency with Microsoft Office programs incl.



Outlook and Word;

Driver's license and own vehicle preferred, but not mandatory.

The role will include (but not be limited to):

Preparing and drafting Court documents;

Assisting solicitors with parenting, property and domestic violence matters;

Diary management;

Taking client instructions;Scanning, photocopying, binding, faxing, filing and archiving; and

General legal secretarial/ administrative tasks.

Salary commensurate with experience.
