Report Writer
to join our team in Queensland. As a Report Writer, you will be responsible for producing comprehensive and accurate reports that support the organisation's critical administrative functions.
What you'll be doing
Gathering, analysing and compiling evidence from various sources to generate detailed and accurate reports
Collaborating with clients, stakeholders and multidisciplinary teams to understand reporting requirements and deliver high-quality outputs
Ensuring reports adhere to company standards and formatting guidelines
Finalising reports to ensure costings for services are accurate and consistent with content
Proactively identifying opportunities to improve reporting processes and systems whilst maintaining and refining reporting templates
Maintaining meticulous attention to detail and accuracy in all report generation activities
Reviewing documentation prepared by allied health professionals against quality controls, including internal consistency and compliance with legal procedural requirements
Performing other ad-hoc administrative duties as required
What we're looking for
Strong proficiency in reading and analysing medical and allied health documentation
Excellent written communication and report writing skills with strong attention to detail
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise effectively with stakeholders
Proven ability to work autonomously and as part of a team to deliver high-quality outputs
Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel) and Adobe Acrobat
Demonstrated experience in medical or allied health reporting
Strong editing and proofreading skills
Strong numerical and analytical ability
Experience working with financial data, calculations or costing processes
A proactive and reliable work ethic
