Operating for over 20 years, we continue to be a market leader in the industry. We are seeing an individual with experience in or exposure to a similar industry as a CNC Operator. This role is Full-Time Mon-Fri + any overtime required . The Role:

Reporting to the CNC Team Leader, the CNC Operator’s primary focus is to: Complete the day-to-day activities of the CNC department focusing on producing high quality products in a productive, efficient and safe manner Achieve 100% DIFOT whilst minimising unnecessary reworks Improve efficiency and reduce operating costs through accountability to standard operating procedures Provide coaching and training for new team members as requested by the CNC Team Leader Promote teamwork between the manufacturing departments to ensure all are working to a common goal of exceeding customer expectations Ensure compliance with legislative requirements in Safety Ensure CNC is always compliant with Company policies and procedures Execute directives that support the business strategy In summary, the CNC Operator is a key person in the CNC department and is responsible for producing high-quality product in a productive, efficient and safe manner. What You Need:





Demonstrated experience in CNC operations Computer savvy with knowledge of AutoCAD and ToolShop programs Experience and knowledge to read and understand mechanical drawings Current Driver’s License Why Oxworks?
