Job Description As our Events & Reservations Manager, you will be responsible for managing reservations and event enquiries from initial contact through to the successful delivery of each event. You will work closely with the restaurant team to ensure every booking and event runs smoothly.

Manage and respond to reservation and event enquiries via email and phone in a timely and professional manner

Manage the venue's reservation system using SevenRooms, including bookings, guest details, notes, special requests and event information

Answer incoming phone calls and assist guests with reservations, enquiries and general information

Coordinate private events and group bookings, ensuring all details are confirmed and communicated clearly to the team

Prepare detailed event run sheets for upcoming functions, including guest numbers, timings, menus, beverage packages, dietary requirements and special requests

Hold a weekly events meeting with the team to review upcoming functions and ensure everyone is prepared

Liaise with guests throughout the planning process and provide a high level of customer service

Work closely with the management and floor teams to ensure event requirements are communicated and delivered

Use Canva to create and update menus, event documents and other guest-facing materials

Keep reservation and event information accurate and up to date





Assist with general administration relating to reservations and events

Has previous experience in restaurant reservations, events or hospitality management

Has strong knowledge and experience using SevenRooms

Is confident handling guest enquiries both over the phone and via email

Has excellent organisation and attention to detail

Can confidently manage multiple bookings and events at the same time

Has experience using Canva and an eye for presentation

Communicates clearly and professionally with both guests and team members

Is proactive, reliable and able to work independently

Enjoys hospitality and takes pride in creating a positive guest experience
