Previous experience in a customer service role in a supervisory capacity

Strong understanding of customer service processes and procedures

Experience working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment

Ability to lead, motivate and manage a team effectively

Demonstrated ability to delegate tasks and ensure team accountability

Commitment to workplace health and safety standards and compliance

Strong role model with a positive and professional attitude

Ability to meet customer service deadlines and performance targets

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal





Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities

Passion for delivering exceptional customer service and building positive relationships

Be reliable, punctual and dependable

Current and valid driver’s licence
