IUIH is seeking a Youth Wellbeing Worker to support Indigenous young people (ages 12–17) across the Moreton ATSICHS service area in Morayfield, Queensland. The role emphasizes culturally secure, trauma-informed practice and advocacy to improve access to primary health care and social supports. You will engage with families and communities, coordinate referrals, advocate with relevant agencies, and build partnerships with Indigenous and non-Indigenous organisations to strengthen youth wellbeing
